Return and Refund Policy

Digital Products:

Due to the digital nature of our embroidery designs, The3BlackCatsEmb.com is unable to give a refund for any digital purchase.

Physical Products:

Physical items may be returned, provided they meet the following stipulations:

• returned within 14 days of receipt
• item is undamaged
• item is NOT personalized

Here at The3BlackCats Embroidery and Gifts, we strive to make sure each item leaves our headquarters packaged so it arrives as perfect as when it left. If your package has extra postal adventures, please let us know and we will work with you to make an exchange as easy and quickly as possible.

Custom Embroidery Logos, Designs and Personalized items:

Due to the custom nature of our personalized items and company logos, we are unable to give refunds or take returns on these products. A digital proof will be sent before the final invoice, for the client to approve, or adjust.
